I love this movie and have seen it several times. I always thought Muir’s watch was a Swiss Army Officer’s watch with a white face. I haven’t studied it frame by frame, but even this screen cap reinforces my belief.

_Spy Game_ is one of my favorites. I was wondering what watch that was. It looks like an Oyster bracelet, so I thought it might be a Rolex Explorer II. But it is not. Thanks.

BTW Clarky, I have watched it approx. 60 times. I just keep watching it. Don’t know when I’ll stop.

Any idea which one wears Bishop?

I actually think Bishop’s watch is a Victorinox Swiss Army watch too, the Infantry model. I don’t know if the band is aftermarket of stock, but if you remember that style strap was used on Victorinox watches and were popular aftermarket. If you look at the 12 o’clock position it looks like the Victorinox Shield.

Muir’s watch I’m almost 100% sure is the Victorinox Officer’s 1884 model with their version of the Oyster band.

This are really extra ordinary web, thanks for sharing it

I think rather it’s a swiss army cavalry with an unknown strap.

I love movies. And let us hope that there would be more movies that have sense in this generation. Thanks for the posts anyways.

Redford wears this watch through the whole movie, even the scenes that flashback to Viet Nam. Problem is that this watch didn’t exist during the 60′s. Kind of always bugged me that they did this… otherwise good movie, and good watch. I’ve had two, one was stolen and I replaced it with the same one.
